  • Educational Background: 70% of our VAs hold Bachelor’s degrees with relevant experience, while 30% have extensive experience in BPO and virtual assistance.
  • Training and Management: Loxif VAs are required to complete our internal training program. This includes cyber security awareness, personal privacy protection regulations and HIPAA compliance. When we onboard a new client or project, we collaborate with our client to develop custom processes and workflows, and determine if additional training should be conducted. Typically this involves call scripts, review of FAQs, data entry requirements and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Our staff typically work on premises during normal business hours. There are situations where we may authorize remote work, usually to accommodate time zone differences. VPN connections, high-quality VOIP, text messaging local to our clients’ country of operations are standard. When necessary custom equipment is acquired and deployed, depending on project needs.

She has worked with Silicon Valley startups and small businesses across multiple industries in roles managing data science teams, marketing medical devices and mobile applications, and most recently in Finance Director and managing partner roles. She is an active entrepreneur and engages actively in charity and community service projects.

Mae is a skilled professional with over 12 years of experience in the BPO and Virtual Assistance industry, focusing on lead generation. She has led successful campaigns across Asia Pacific, Australia, the UK, and the US, with a strong emphasis on telemarketing for IT companies.

With degrees in Accounting and studies in Electrical Engineering, Mae combines technical expertise with business acumen. She co-founded Loxif with her US-based partners and continues to drive growth through her leadership. As a mother of two and the family’s primary provider, her determination and entrepreneurial spirit guide her work in the virtual assistance and BPO sectors.
