- Training and Management: Loxif VAs are required to complete our internal training program. This includes cyber security awareness, personal privacy protection regulations and HIPAA compliance. When we onboard a new client or project, we collaborate with our client to develop custom processes and workflows, and determine if additional training should be conducted. Typically this involves call scripts, review of FAQs, data entry requirements and procedures.
- Work Environment: Our staff typically work on premises during normal business hours. There are situations where we may authorize remote work, usually to accommodate time zone differences. VPN connections, high-quality VOIP, text messaging local to our clients’ country of operations are standard. When necessary custom equipment is acquired and deployed, depending on project needs.
